One involves a defense attorney offering one of his clients to the district attorney in exchange for leniency with another, who has a good chance of acquittal and should go to trial. The other focuses on whether a prosecutor should trust a rapist to provide accurate information about another case if the prosecutor arranges to have the rape charge dismissed.
