7 pages in length. Enclosed please find the completed report that addresses a serious and ongoing issue of military unpreparedness where army combat is concerned. Faulty leadership resides at the crux of the problem, a reality that not only compromises the fundamental objectives of these military missions but also jeopardizes the very foundation upon which the United States Army is able to protect this country and those who depend upon national security to safeguard their very lives. Additionally, equipped with woefully inadequate armaments, this reality packs a one-two punch to soldiers whose objectives simply cannot be met with such unsatisfactory preparation.
