This 10 page paper is written in two parts. The first part of the paper looks at how to assess the health risk in an environment where there is heavy lifting, such as a nursing home or a warehouse. The second part of the paper looks at different tools that can be used when assessing risks in health and safety as well as the legal obligations faced by a compnay in terms of health and safety provision.
