ABSTRACT:
A 10 page paper discussing the traits and skills that a property manager must have. The effective property manager must have the ability to be all things to all people at one time or another, while simultaneously having a knack for getting things done. The property manager cannot be one to "sit" on situations to see how they will develop, because any time a situation arises it typically has the potential of growing into something much larger than when it is discovered. Property management is not a career choice for the procrastinator or for one who cannot communicate effectively with any individual of any background or social standing. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
