ABSTRACT:
This 5 page paper looks at a case study provided by the student. An office in the fictional Latin American country of Latino has been undertaking business with the use of ‘bribes’ which are culturally acceptable in the country. The paper answers a series of questions regarding the ethical and legal nature of the payments made to facilitate or lubricate business, discussing when they are right and when they are wrong and from which country’s perspective the ethical judgement should be made.
