ABSTRACT:
This 5 page paper reports discussions on the legality or lawfulness of the war in Iraq. Commentators and authors do not agree and the writer concludes there will never be a consensus conclusion. The different Articles from the UN and its Security Council that are used in these discussions are reported as are the approvable reasons for aggressive force. The writer also comments on the applicability of any of these laws in this type of war. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
