ABSTRACT:
This 22 page paper answers four questions regarding a case study supplied by the student. The first looks at why understanding cultre is important to consultants that want to promote inward investment in the area surrounding the M6. The second explains what is meant by Net Present Value (NPV), how it is calculated and the relevant of hurdle rates and weighted average cost of capital (WACC). The third question considered the importance of time to market and the last part pf the paper looks at how to change a company culture from low trust to high trust in order to gain commitment from the employees.
