A 6 page research paper that discusses this topic. Pedophilia is a "complex, often compulsive, psychosexual disorder with profound implications for the abused child, perpetrator and community" (Hall and Hall 457). In order to protect children and the public, every state has instituted a registration law for sex offenders. This review of literature looks specifically at the details of the North Carolina law, with a special focus on the issue of constitutionality. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
