Inequality and the Rule of Law in Australia

ABSTRACT:
A 10 page contention that the rule of law is inadequate to provide true equality in Australia. While other groups have been discriminated against, the aborigines have faced a tremendous amount of prejudice and this prejudice has manifested itself in a diversity of areas. The author of this paper contends that to overcome that prejudice special provisions have to be made for aborigines. These provisions are especially critical in the law enforcement arena.
