ABSTRACT:
This 5 page paper is written in two parts, consisting of two case studies concerning business situations for companies undertaking business in the Balkan states. The first case looks at the payment of extortion money, looking at whether or not you should take place in justifying the answer. The second case looks at a bank considering launching a credit card. This case considers the way in which customers may be obtained, the cost of gaining as customers, identifying the potential target market calculating the breakeven point and make your recommendation regarding whether or not the credit card should go ahead.
